“Blyth to the Future” Exhibition

The Archive Service recently completed a project with four primary schools in Blyth to explore the town’s industrial history and use this to design how Blyth might look 100 years in the future, culminating in a co-created exhibition. The project was a great success with over two hundred children taking part.

As a follow-up, a “Blyth To The Future” exhibition is going to be on display at the County Hall in Morpeth from 18 July for several weeks. The intention is to invite children from one of the Blyth schools to County Hall on 18 July to see the exhibition but also to look at some of the services that NCC offers.

Members of the public are also welcome to come along and learn about the project outcomes.
