Northumberland's archives (the records of its history and people) are a rich resource for students, those researching their family history, academics and many others.

The Northumberland Archives Trust works alongside the county's Archives Service to help sustain and promote access to Northumberland's rich inheritance of historic records of all sorts, for the benefit of everybody in the county and beyond.

With the help of our supporters, we raise funds to ensure archives throughout Northumberland are saved from destruction, preserved, catalogued and made available online, so that all can use them.
